For this month’s SWIBN main event we’ll be joined by Sabine Walsh, Co-founder and Head of Learning, Mediator Academy.
This presentation will identify some of the common causes of workplace conflict and how mediation, in different forms and situations, can help address it. Among topics it will cover are:
- Why workplace conflict is normal;
- How not to be afraid of conflict in the workplace;
- How a third party can help;
- Different processes for different situations.
It will also make some suggestions on how to implement mediation policies in the workplace and point participants in the direction of further information and learning.
